Clear scope before work begins

Service policies.

Service

Permit & Plate prepares one source-linked Texas mobile-food start-to-open organizer for one operator, one vehicle, and one customer-supplied operating plan. The standard scope maps published application, documentation, inspection-booking, preparation, operating-file, and renewal steps. One administrative revision is included.

Not advice, filing, or authorization

Permit & Plate is an administrative preparation service. It does not provide legal, tax, food-safety, engineering, fire-code, licensing, or other professional advice; form or select an entity; design or inspect a vehicle; choose a license type; certify compliance; file, sign, book, or represent the operator; or authorize operation.

Operator responsibility

The customer supplies complete and accurate facts, verifies every branch with the responsible authority, submits every application, pays every government fee, communicates with agencies, books every appointment, makes required corrections, obtains required authorization, and operates lawfully.

Timing and changing rules

Any stated turnaround is a target beginning only after complete intake and scope acceptance. Public instructions, forms, fees, contacts, and local requirements can change. We record the official sources used, but the operator must confirm current requirements before acting.

Price, cancellation, and refunds

The standard price is $79 plus applicable tax for the defined scope. We confirm scope before payment. A customer may cancel for a full refund before work begins. After work begins, refunds are evaluated according to completed work and any failure to deliver the accepted scope; no permit, inspection, approval, opening date, or revenue outcome is promised.

Privacy

Send only the business, vehicle, menu, and operating facts required for the organizer. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government IDs, protected personal records, or unrelated confidential data. Materials are used only to evaluate and fulfill the requested service and should be retained only as operationally necessary.
