Permit & PlateStructured intake

Complete intake starts the clock

Describe the truck you will actually operate.

The path depends on the operator, vehicle, menu, processes, fuel, servicing setup, and territory. This checklist gives us enough detail to map the current official branches without inventing facts.

01 · Operator

Identify the business

  • Legal business or operator name and contacts
  • Texas sales-tax status and existing permits
  • New operator or current license holder
  • Home city/county and every planned operating territory

02 · Vehicle

Describe the mobile unit

  • Truck, trailer, cart, or other unit
  • Current build status, VIN or identifying description, and photos
  • Fuel, power, water, wastewater, sinks, refrigeration, and hot holding
  • Servicing area, CPF, commissary, or storage arrangements

03 · Food process

Map what happens on board

  • Complete menu and beverages
  • Where ingredients are received and stored
  • Preparation, cooking, cooling, reheating, and hot/cold holding
  • Any raw animal foods, ice, specialized processes, or prepackaged-only service

04 · Launch plan

Name the real territory

  • Regular city and county locations
  • Events, temporary sites, private property, or roaming service
  • LP-gas or propane use and fire-inspection status
  • Existing health, fire, manager, handler, insurance, and vehicle documents

05 · Boundaries

Keep the handoff clean

  • Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government IDs, or unrelated personal records
  • You submit every application and book every appointment
  • Authorities determine license type, inspection results, permits, and authorization
  • Incomplete operating facts pause scope confirmation
